Good sized and brand-new room, it had climate control, a private safe and flat-screen TV. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were amicable and excellent people on shift.
There was a rat, I was shocked.

Great vibes and clean rooms!
We spent five nights in a king room, and it was awesome! The space was so bright and cozy. The subway was super close. Lots of cute cafes nearby for breakfast too! Just wish the bar area stayed open later, would've loved to unwind more after a long day.

Appreciated how the double room was arranged when we arrived. The location was amazing to a good supermarket, a short walk to Key Food Supermarkets. Further, it was not far from several metro station, several tube stops and restaurants bars and public transport.
There was a rat.

The amenities were nice, especially the free water available at the desk. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant had good coffee and breakfast options. The location was a highlight for me, being so close to a subway station and surrounded by delis, supermarkets, and cafes. I faced issues with thin walls was good, which affected my sleep. The hot water took a while to come on, and I felt the water pressure could have been stronger. A $400 security deposit was never mentioned at check-in, which surprised me. Even though I had some enjoyable experiences, these inconveniences left a bit of a sour note.

The King Room was a nice size for two, and the bed was super comfy. I loved the high-tech goodies like the electronic do not disturb feature and cool night lights around the bed. The space was organized, so we managed well . There was a fridge in the room, handy. We didn't hear much noise despite being near the subway, but earplugs helped just in case. It was a pretty great room, and the little extras.
